As a Solution Architect on the Support Organization, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients. As you work with Oracle Cerner technologies, you will prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Use troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement FSI solutions using industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface issues.
- Configure and maintain FSI interfaces for optimal performance.
- Document interface specifications and processes for future reference.
- Stay current on evolving FSI technologies and best practices.
- Participate in system validation and integration testing activities.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willing to participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Willing to work from the Dubai office 3 days per week.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on FSI and Cerner Millennium environment.
- Proven experience with HL7 standards, interface engines, and Cerner's Open Engine (OE) or similar tools.
- Experience with scripting languages like CCL.
- Experience working with 2 or more Cerner Millennium products.
- Experience working in Application Managed Services or SolutionWorks business units.
