Job Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle implementation, upgrade, support, and transformation programs.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle solution designs and architecture blueprints.
- Define target architecture, integration strategy, and technical solution approach.
- Provide architectural guidance across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Support Oracle Cloud (OCI/Fusion) or Oracle E‑Business Suite based solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Oracle, company leadership, and Project Teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects, OEM, and clients, often engaging with C-level executives.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in one or more Oracle areas:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials / SCM / HCM / EPM)
- Oracle E‑Business Suite
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong understanding of:
- Oracle integration mechanisms (OIC, FBDI, BIP, APIs)
- Data migration and reporting architecture
- Security roles, performance tuning, HA/DR concepts
- Experience in large-scale Oracle implementation or transformation programs.
- Ability to create architecture documents (HLD/LLD, solution diagrams).
