Oracle Solution Architect

About the Job:

The company is seeking an Oracle Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in various Oracle technologies, particularly in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials / SCM / HCM / EPM), Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle integration mechanisms (OIC, FBDI, BIP, APIs).
• Understanding of data migration, reporting architecture, security roles, performance tuning, HA/DR concepts.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle implementations or transformation programs.
• Ability to create architecture documents (HLD/LLD, solution diagrams).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle implementation, upgrade, support, and transformation programs.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle solution designs and architecture blueprints.
• Define target architecture, integration strategy, and technical solution approach.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Support Oracle Cloud (OCI/Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Oracle and the company leadership and project teams.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects, OEMs, and clients, engaging often with C-level executives.
