Oracle Supply Chain Techno Functional Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM and Manufacturing. This role involves requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, support, and optimization of supply chain and manufacturing processes across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle EBS SCM solutions.
• Configure and support Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, Costing, and ASCP modules.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, process mapping, testing, UAT, and user training.
• Support supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations.
• Lead or participate in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, and ERP transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration, process improvements, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• Strong Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Manufacturing experience.
• Implementation experience in I-procurement and I-supplier.
• Expertise in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, Costing, and ASCP.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, or related field.
• Oracle SCM Certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM is an advantage.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS SCM/Manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Experience in manufacturing rollouts, plant implementations, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to global and multi-organization supply chain environments.
