Responsibilities
- Provide support at the product level in a variety of professional/technical settings.
- Gain competence and a higher level understanding of issues/incidents and configurations.
- Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing, understanding, and applying company policies and processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and EMR software is a plus, along with departmental product workflow and usage.
- Experience in resolving technical/functional issues/incidents and carrying out configurations at the product level.
Qualifications
- Graduate or master's degree with over 3 years of work experience.
