About the Job:
The Oracle Technical OAF – HRMS Developer will be responsible for:

Solid knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, program units, and all database objects (tables, views, triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, constraints, and indexes).
Strong experience in developing large applications from scratch using Oracle OAF and reports.
Strong database design experience, with the ability to develop reports in both Arabic and English, including XML Publisher and BI Publisher reports.
Very good knowledge of Oracle User Hooks and Self-Service.
Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom Oracle applications (OAF and reports).
Data migration and conversions, along with interfaces and APIs on HR Modules in Apps.
Excellent experience in building Oracle Forms and Reports (6i, 10g, 11g).
Utilizing Oracle OAF, Oracle Workflow, and AME.
Conducting system analysis, gap analysis, requirement study, and creating functional and technical design documents (MD70, MD50, T20).
Interacting with third parties (creating WSDL through SOA integration).
Managing multiple projects as a Technical Developer from onshore and offshore locations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in the creation and validation of user interfaces and technical requirements.
Managing work to meet client and company SLA requirements and following defined methodologies for delivering Oracle support.
Developing EIT and SIT based on client requirements.
Developing Fast Formulas in Oracle Payroll.
