ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the delivery and continuous enhancement of Organisation Design and Effectiveness initiatives across the company, this role partners with the Director of HR Operations and Organisation Effectiveness in coordinating organisation design activities. Responsibilities include maintaining HR operations and organisation effectiveness governance frameworks and policies to enable effective decision-making.
The position involves applying Organisation Design and Organisation Effectiveness methodologies to analyze organizational structures and job architecture, developing evidence-based recommendations that facilitate effective organizational decisions. Specifically, the role encompasses conducting organisation design analysis—including span of control, organizational layers, role alignment, and job architecture placement—and recommending appropriate design options. It also includes the development and maintenance of job profiles, assessment of role alignment through job architecture frameworks, and identification of improvement opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Support the delivery of Organisation Design and Organisation Effectiveness initiatives
- Apply Job Architecture frameworks and develop and maintain Job Profiles
- Lead defined workstreams within Organisation Effectiveness, HR Transformation, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Data gathering and Reporting
- Provide effective Governance, Administration & Stakeholder Support
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure to Organization Design, Effectiveness, and Change Management
- Experience in project coordination and governance
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Verbal and written communication skills in English
