The company is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Lead to lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and organizational readiness activities for a large-scale technology transformation program in the UAE.
The role will ensure that new technologies, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the organization by developing and executing an integrated Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall OCM and transformation strategy aligned with program objectives and delivery milestones.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption planning across impacted functions and user groups.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans and manage engagement with senior leaders, business teams, technology teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Define and execute integrated communications, engagement, training, and adoption plans.
- Identify change impacts across people, processes, technology, roles, and ways of working and develop appropriate interventions.
- Establish and manage a network of change champions to support organizational adoption.
- Partner with program, business, HR, communications, training, and technology teams to ensure coordinated change delivery.
- Manage organizational readiness for major releases, deployments, transition activities, and go-live.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, readiness, and change effectiveness using defined KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify resistance and adoption risks and develop targeted mitigation plans.
- Ensure training needs are identified and coordinate the development and delivery of role-based learning interventions.
- Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on change readiness, adoption risks, stakeholder engagement, and required actions.
Required Experience
- 14+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or change management, including leadership responsibility on complex programs.
- Proven experience leading OCM for large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
- Strong experience in change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, communications, training, organizational readiness, and adoption.
- Experience managing change across multiple business functions, technology workstreams, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and influencing capabilities.
- Experience developing and tracking change adoption and readiness metrics/KPIs.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex multi-workstream and multi-vendor transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between technology implementation, business process change, and user adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Experience supporting major enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- UAE/GCC transformation experience is advantageous.
- Prosci, CCMP, APMG Change Management, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with ADKAR, Kotter, or other structured change management methodologies is advantageous.
