About the Role

The role involves undertaking the surveillance of our premises and providing protection for staff and visitors. A key responsibility is maintaining compliance with the company's Safety, environmental, and other legal requirements, in accordance with national and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, ensure, and implement adherence to environmental compliance and standards.
• Review and oversee the Seven FMS Programs as per JCI standards.
• Conduct facility inspection rounds to proactively identify safety deficiencies and develop effective solutions.
• Deliver training sessions as required for staff.
• Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Respond immediately to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.
• Protect the company's assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Report detailed accounts of any suspicious incidents.
• Comply with all infection control policies, standards, and procedures while cooperating with facility management.
• Familiarize with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Notify of hazards, incidents, near misses, and assist with risk assessments and incident reports.
• Attend applicable infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

• Occupational Health & Safety
• Environmental Health
• Public Health
• Nursing or other healthcare-related fields

Certifications required:

• First Aid / BLS (Basic Life Support) from an approved provider (e.g., Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services)
• Fire Safety / Emergency Response Training
• Infection Control Training
