The OSS Solution & Integration Architect is responsible for designing the end-to-end OSS architecture and ensuring its successful implementation by the vendor. This role involves maintaining design integrity, validating implementation decisions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, operational goals, and industry standards. Acting as the key liaison between internal teams and the vendor, the architect will support the full solution lifecycle by providing guidance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead OSS design across key domains (Inventory, Provisioning, Network, Fault Management, Field Operations).
  • Define architecture per TM Forum standards.
  • Oversee vendor solutions and ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Manage OSS integrations and ensure API/security governance.
  • Maintain design documentation and track project risks.

Qualifications:

  • Deep OSS expertise in Fulfillment, Assurance, and Resource Management.
  • Strong telecom knowledge: RAN, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV.
  • Hands-on experience with OSS platforms (e.g., Comarch, Netcracker, Amdocs, Huawei, Nokia).
  • Skilled in design governance and vendor coordination.
  • Familiar with TM Forum (eTOM, SID, Open APIs), ITIL, TOGAF.
  • Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, WSO2, TIBCO).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
