As an Associate Manager in the OT Cybersecurity team, you will lead and support the delivery of consulting engagements across the entire lifecycle—ranging from strategy and risk assessment to architecture, solution design, and implementation. What You’ll Do
- Lead and support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements, which includes maturity assessments, gap analysis, risk reviews, and control evaluations
- Develop cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, operating models, policies, and transformation plans
- Design security architectures and produce technical artifacts such as High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), solution specifications, and implementation plans
- Support the configuration, integration, and deployment of cybersecurity technologies and solutions
- Translate business and security requirements into implementable technical solutions
- Facilitate client workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder presentations
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and client technical teams throughout the design and implementation phases
- Produce high-quality deliverables including assessment reports, architectures, roadmaps, and technical documentation
- Support testing, integration, and operational handover activities
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and cybersecurity thought leadership
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, standards, and industry practices
Experience
- 8–13 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting cybersecurity consulting, advisory, engineering, design, or implementation engagements
- Practical experience in designing or implementing cybersecurity solutions across client environments
- Experience in developing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), technical architectures, and implementation documentation
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, and technology
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex requirements and communicating solutions clearly
- Confident presenter and communicator, comfortable in client-facing and stakeholder settings
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary consulting teams
Certifications (Desirable)
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent
Additional Domains (Advantageous)
- Exposure to cloud security, network security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations Center (SOC), application security, data security, or Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC)
