OT Security Engineer

About the Job:

The company is a technology service provider and a leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are looking for an experienced OT Security Operations Engineer responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide OT Security Operations as a service onsite by offering a Resident Engineer to support overall OT Security governance and KPIs.
• Support day-to-day security monitoring by assisting the team with log source identification and troubleshooting.
• Assist the OT Security team with operational monitoring, including Nozomi vulnerabilities dashboard and SIEM data, validation of system status, and coordination of remediation actions where required.
• Conduct OT traffic analysis to identify new devices, communication patterns, protocol anomalies, and potential security risks.
• Advise the OT Security team on improving monitoring capabilities.
• Recommend improvements for OT network segmentation, hardening, and monitoring coverage based on observed detections and analytics.

Expected Outcomes:

• Weekly or Monthly Status Reports detailing activities, risks, issues, and progress against objectives.
• Daily or Weekly Nozomi Monitoring Report (alerts, threat insights, anomalies, triage status).
• Compliance Assessment Report (covering NCA, IEC) as applicable.
• Monthly Performance & Improvement Report (coverage gaps, tuning outcomes, recommendations).
• OT Threat & Vulnerability Summary Report (from Nozomi insights).
