OT Senior Security Engineer

Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Services. This role is essential in ensuring the secure operation of the company's Industrial Automation & Control Systems and mission-critical systems against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain OT/ICS cybersecurity systems.
• Perform system administration tasks on cyber defense tools.
• Conduct asset management and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor the performance and availability of OT cybersecurity systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT Security systems, with at least 3 years in an OT/ICS environment.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and cybersecurity practices specific to the energy sector.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management processes.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, CCNA, and other relevant cybersecurity credentials.
