Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting, administering, and maintaining OT/ICS Cybersecurity systems to ensure performance and availability.
- Performing asset management and inventory of OT cybersecurity resources.
- Administering specialized cyber defense tools such as antivirus and firewalls within the OT/ICS environment.
- Adhering to company cybersecurity metrics and KPIs.
- Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats to OT systems and networks.
- Implementing system security measures to resolve vulnerabilities and recommend security changes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are addressed in OT system designs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT Security systems, with a minimum of 3 years in Systems Security administration and engineering in OT/ICS environments.
- Knowledge of risk management processes, computer networking concepts, and network security methodologies.
- Mandatory vendor-neutral professional certifications such as Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) and ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist are preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
