Position

The company, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a highly skilled OT Senior Security Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the support, administration, and ongoing maintenance of cybersecurity systems and controls within the Operational Technology (OT) environment. Your primary focus will be on securing OT and OT-IT integration infrastructure, ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of OT/ICS systems across critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain OT/ICS Cybersecurity systems for performance and availability.
  • Conduct asset management and inventory of OT cybersecurity resources.
  • Perform system administration on cyber defense tools and supported infrastructure.
  • Administer user accounts and network rights for OT/ICS Cybersecurity systems and equipment.
  • Adhere to company OT security metrics and maintain security baseline configurations.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity threats to OT systems and networks.
  • Implement system security measures to resolve vulnerabilities and recommend security changes.
  • Monitor external data sources for updates on cybersecurity threats relevant to OT systems.
  • Support OT/ICS projects from a cybersecurity perspective.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of IT Security experience, with at least 3 years in OT/ICS environments.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems, SCADA/DCS systems, and cybersecurity technologies within the energy sector.
  • Knowledge of risk management processes, service management concepts, and network security methodologies.
  • Must possess vendor-neutral certifications such as Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist.
