The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in OT security technologies, such as Claroty and Nozomi, along with experience in the Oil & Gas industry and compliance standards like IEC 62443.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to position OT cybersecurity solutions to customers and prospects.
- Lead the technical aspects of proposals, RFP responses, and Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
- Ensure customer success during and post-implementation by closely aligning with delivery teams and providing architecture-level guidance.
- Discover opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Help AG’s OT/IT and managed security services.
- Provide consulting support, including technical presentations and customer advisory.
- Assist organizations with OT security assessments based on recognized standards.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OT cybersecurity, contributing to thought leadership and best practices in the field.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, solution architecture, or security engineering.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges and OT/IT integration strategies.
- Experience with OT cybersecurity technologies, including:
- Claroty
- Nozomi
- Data Diodes (vendor experience preferred)
- OT SOC tools and technologies
- Background in Oil & Gas, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Relevant OT-specific certifications (e.g., GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443) are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with OT security assessments and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, UAE IA standards).
- Strong consulting skills with both technical and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
