OT/AIoT Engineer - Industrial Connectivity

About the Job:
The company is seeking an OT/AIoT Engineer specializing in Industrial Connectivity. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in development and integration across DCS, PLC, SCADA, OPC-UA, and industrial historian environments. A strong understanding of process control networks, tag structures, alarms/events, notifications, sampling, and time synchronization is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure secure edge connectivity and manage real-time and historical data exchange between OT and IT platforms.
• Work with industrial communication protocols and implement OT cybersecurity practices.
• Troubleshoot data quality, latency, connectivity, and availability issues in plant environments.
• Interpret PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, and network drawings.

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have:

• Experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and OPC-UA.
• Knowledge of process control networks and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and understand control system documentation.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in refinery or continuous process industries.
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI/Aspen IP21, edge analytics, MQTT, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, and relevant certifications in control, networking, and cybersecurity.
