About the Role
The position involves supporting the Over-the-Counter (OTC) desk in driving trade volume by engaging with clients to understand their liquidity and trading needs, as well as assisting with trade execution across all OTC products. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and assist with pricing and execution across multiple OTC products using internal trading systems, while receiving guidance from senior traders. Collaboration with the Sales team to identify new OTC clients and business opportunities will be integral to the role, alongside responsibilities that include assisting with ad-hoc tasks related to trade investigations, risk management, post-trade analysis, and algorithm performance analysis. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with trade operations and development teams to improve middle-office operations, reporting, and internal pricing and execution systems.

Responsibilities
- Support the OTC desk in driving trade volume by engaging with clients to understand their liquidity and trading needs and assisting with trade execution across all OTC products.
- Learn and assist with pricing and execution across multiple OTC products using internal trading systems, under the guidance of senior traders.
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify new OTC clients and business opportunities.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to trade investigations, risk management, post-trade analysis, and algorithm performance analysis.
- Collaborate with trade operations and the developers team to improve middle-office operations, reporting, and internal pricing and execution systems.
Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Prior internship or up to 3 years of experience in trading, sales & trading, or financial markets preferred; exposure to the OTC trade lifecycle is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of crypto markets and liquidity concepts; eagerness to learn pricing and execution methods and the roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, and market makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Interest in the crypto/DeFi industry is highly preferred.
