The role involves collaborating across Oracle lines of business to assist with delivery, pre-sales, and education. This position includes working closely with EMEA country organizations, engaging with clients on-site as required, and achieving utilization/cost recovery targets.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with requirement definitions
- Implementing Oracle Transportation Management according to agreed proposals
- Contributing to solution design, including prototype configuration, documentation, and testing
- Balancing client demands while protecting Oracle's commercial interests
- Collaborating with partners and other third-party organizations as necessary
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services
- Providing training and knowledge transfer of application configuration details
- Acting as an expert in the specialist practice area
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including implementation of Oracle Transportation Management
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus
- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients
- Ability to operate independently and make informed judgments during engagements
