What You’ll Do:
- Understand the business vision and align deliverables and planning accordingly.
- Exhibit excellent presentation and strong negotiation skills.
- Showcase effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Work with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Strategy & Development, QA, Sales & Services, and other Central teams to architect and design multiple products.
- Design applications using the OutSystems canvas concept.
- Troubleshoot defects and recommend solutions to optimize existing applications.
- Re-architect legacy code into more efficient and scalable designs.
- Follow release cycles and maintain a commitment to deadlines.
Experience and Expertise You’ll Bring:
- 12+ years of related experience in a software company.
- Certified OutSystems professional.
- Experience in OutSystems architecture design and in developing complex enterprise applications.
- Proficient in OutSystems Web, Mobile, and Front-End application development.
- Good understanding of the Architecture Dashboard and sound technical knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web Technologies, and SOAP/REST APIs.
- Strong experience integrating different third-party systems using REST/SOAP.
- Solid understanding of OOAD/OOP/UML, as well as principles of TDD/BDD.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of DevOps, including OutSystems platform and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Experience in Data Modelling using Oracle database or SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
- Proficient in project planning and progress monitoring using Agile methodology, including budget control and issue/risk management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering quality projects on time.
- Skilled in building, coaching, and mentoring teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and technical events.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
