Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the OutSystems low-code platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and team members to understand application requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure that all application development is aligned with architectural standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party services and applications into the OutSystems platform.
- Work with Deriv’s design team to ensure best-in-class UX practices are adopted.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient performance and stability of applications.
- Collaborate within an Agile development environment, ensuring iterative and incremental delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development, with a strong understanding of its wider ecosystem and capabilities.
- Proven experience in building applications using the OutSystems platform, including web and mobile solutions.
- Solid experience in working in an Outsystems Development Cloud (ODC) or similar remote development environments.
- Proficiency in integrating external systems (e.g., APIs, databases) into the OutSystems platform.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- OutSystems Certification (Professional or Expert level) is preferred.
