The company is seeking a Package Manager – Infrastructure for the World Expo 2030 Riyadh project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of site-wide infrastructure, including earthworks, underground utilities (potable water, electricity, stormwater, district cooling, sewerage, etc.), utility buildings, pump/lift stations, and related structures. The role also includes the development and delivery of Public Realm works, such as landscaping, street furniture, signage, and lighting.

The Package Manager will report to the Delivery Director and will collaborate closely with other Package Managers, Construction Managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical project elements.
Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare procurement strategies for work packages.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans for site preparation packages.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and team dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience, including 7-10 years in a management position and at least 5 years as a Project Manager delivering large infrastructure projects.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with large urban infrastructure projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple interfaces.
- Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
