Package Manager - EXPO (Infrastructure)

The company is seeking a Package Manager for the World Expo 2030 project in Riyadh. This role involves the successful planning, execution, and delivery of site-wide infrastructure, including earthworks, underground utilities (potable water, electricity, storm water, district cooling, sewerage), utility buildings, pump/lift stations, and associated works. The Package Manager will also oversee Public Realm works such as landscaping, street furniture, signage, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies and scopes of work.
• Oversee construction works, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Manage project scope including design constructability and execution.
• Foster a positive work environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience, with 7-10 years in a management role and at least 5 years as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Client and/or PMC experience.
• Experience in large urban infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Must possess strong communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
