Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Package Manager (Infrastructure) responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all site preparation and early works packages across the Riyadh Expo 2030 program. This role includes tasks such as fencing and hoarding, site clearance, bulk earthworks, temporary stormwater drainage, establishment of site offices, construction of temporary access roads, and other associated scopes of work.

The Package Manager will report to the Delivery Director and collaborate with other Package Managers, Construction Managers, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical project elements. Major responsibilities encompass:
- Assisting in the preparation of procurement strategies for all work packages.
- Developing scopes of work for site preparation packages.
- Overseeing construction of site facilities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Monitoring site activities for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Managing project scope from design constructability to execution.
- Fostering a positive work environment and promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A recognized bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent).
- At least 20 years of experience, with 7-10 years in a management role within Contractor, Client, and/or PMC organizations.
- Required experience in delivering large urban infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Experience in KSA / Middle East / GCC is essential.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote a positive work environment among all parties.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
