About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Ad Designer (Freelance) to join us, an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies discover, assess, and hire top talent faster. The primary focus of this role is to create high-quality, performance-focused assets for platforms like Meta. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising design, along with the ability to support landing page and social media design when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling paid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.
• Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.
• Support landing page and social media design when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives; this is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Experience in landing page and social media design.
• Motion/video design experience.
