PAM Engineer

Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are looking for a seasoned PAM Integration Engineer to join our cybersecurity operations onsite in Dubai. This role plays a critical part in fortifying privileged access controls across telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of telecom network systems (2G/4G/5G core and access nodes) with a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
• Ensure secure access to critical telecom infrastructure through credential vaulting and policy enforcement.
• Implement session recording and monitoring for privileged operations to support audit and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to enhance access governance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of telecom network architecture and access protocols.
• Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a security-first mindset.
