You will be a key member of Presight’s legal team. You will assist and provide a wide range of legal support and administration to the legal team. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of the legal team with exciting opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documents such as confidentiality agreements (NDAs), contracts, SLAs, etc. for review by the legal counsels.
- Assist with company secretarial matters such as coordinating shareholder and board engagements, organizing board and general meetings, preparing board and shareholder notices and minutes, preparing ADX and ADGM filings.
- Assist with maintaining group wide registrations, licences, annual filings, etc.
- Identify and conduct research on relevant legal articles, laws, and judicial decisions for various subject matters.
- Provide administrative support for the Legal counsels.
- Manage IP portfolio and assist with IP registrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with a UAE listed company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project and/or in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Complete discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
