Position

The Partner Alliance Manager - META will be responsible for driving the development of the META region within the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Metals and Mining verticals for the company’s industry-leading solution of Asset Performance Management. This role focuses on reliability as a foundation for operations, decarbonization, and energy transition.

Location: Dubai / Remote
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand each regional partner “inside and out,” including their organization, business priorities, communication styles, and key risks for successful partnership success.
  • Manage a regional pipeline of partner-developed opportunities and support the partners to drive pipeline conversion to sales.
  • Actively promote GEV APM products and solutions to partner companies to ensure they remain top of mind with influential leaders.
  • Drive successful sales through the partnerships established in the market by collaborating with partners, internal teams, and customers.
  • Guide and support the development of internal and external communications materials, including customer success stories and “win stories.”

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, alliances, software sales, or relevant roles with demonstrated success.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (up to 60%) throughout the assigned regions.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Masters/Graduate degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in equipment-intensive industries such as downstream oil and gas, power generation, chemical, and/or mining.
  • Consistent track record in exceeding sales quotas and partner development goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
