In this position, you will define and execute the company’s partner-go-to-market plan, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, lead partner onboarding and training, and own joint pipeline generation. Your efforts will be pivotal in positioning the company as a leader in the Middle East’s AI ecosystem, impacting sectors such as finance, healthcare, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company’s partner-go-to-market strategy.
  • Recruit high-impact partners and develop relationships across the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead partner onboarding and training programs.
  • Own joint pipeline generation through co-sell motions.
  • Conduct business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner within the company and relay feedback to relevant teams.
  • Evangelize the company’s vision and solutions at partner and industry events.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management within the tech industry, preferably in AI or cloud solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Middle East enterprise market with existing relationships in the region.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
  • Experience navigating regulatory and compliance landscapes in the context of AI.
