We are seeking a Partner Development Manager to join our EMEA Commercial Channel Sales team. This role is essential for expanding our enterprise server business through MEA-based distributors and reseller partners.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Work Conditions: Full-time, willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing and growing AMD-based business through Distribution and Reseller Channels in MEA.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across key OEM and Channel Partner accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with OEM and End-User Sales teams to align channel efforts with broader commercial goals.
  • Build and deepen relationships with partner sales teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive visibility of AMD platforms through training, enablement, and marketing support in partnership with Channel Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Deep relationships and experience working with IT Distributors, Resellers, and OEMs in the MEA region.
  • Strong enterprise sales experience across server, storage, and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Track record of developing strategic partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management, organizational, follow-up, and closing skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience selling datacenter and/or commercial client solutions and products in the MEA region.
  • Understanding of server/storage infrastructure, workloads, and software ecosystems.
  • Proven success working with Channel Partners in a sales or partner management capacity.
  • Knowledge of commercial PC client solutions and local market dynamics.
  • Global or regional business experience in technology.

Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
