Partner Experience Intern

Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, making it easier than ever to move around, order food and groceries, manage payments, and more. Careem Food is pivotal to our Super App ambition. We have already made significant market waves with our bold decision to become the region’s first and only restaurant-centric food delivery platform and are prepared to scale exponentially across markets.

What You'll Do

• Strictly adhere to partner on-boarding SLAs and training quality.
• Analyze daily orders data and in-depth store performance (cancellations, acceptance rate, acceptance time, wait-in-store time, etc.) of newly on-boarded partners.
• Communicate regularly with partners about their performance and collaborate to improve their operational efficiency.
• Build and document processes and actions for catalog and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct field visits to gather market insights on food deliveries and challenges to better understand market dynamics.
• Work closely with the Performance team to identify low-performing merchants to target for integrations.
• Share knowledge with other markets and identify best practices.
• Provide feedback from partners on product issues and suggest improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• English and Arabic fluency is mandatory.
• 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in operations at a tech company.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with similar tools is an advantage.
• Aptitude to learn and grow.

Work Conditions

• Work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home.
