About the Role
The company's partner business in Central Asia is entering a phase of deliberate growth, and this role is pivotal at the beginning of that journey. You will join as a senior Business Development professional, responsible for ensuring that the existing partner portfolio operates at high standards. As the third quarter approaches, you will prioritize Central Asia, building the foundation for your market by researching the landscape, identifying prospects, and eventually owning that market yourself.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for a defined set of partners, resolving queries and service requests quickly and to a consistently high standard.
  • Monitor partner performance across trading volumes, client acquisition numbers, and commission data—surfacing trends and flagging issues to the Head of Business Development before they become problems.
  • Own the CRM: maintain accurate, up-to-date partner records and produce regular performance reports that provide the senior team a clear picture of portfolio health.
  • Coordinate across compliance, payments, marketing, and support to resolve partner issues and fulfill requests without unnecessary delays.
  • Onboard new partners end-to-end—from account setup and product walkthroughs to providing the appropriate marketing materials to activate them quickly.
  • Research the Central Asian market, including competitors, regulatory environment, and potential partners, to build a qualified pipeline of leads ahead of the Q3 expansion push.
  • Manage partner communications in Uzbek and English, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of service the company's partners expect.

Are You the One?

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role—retail sales, hospitality, account servicing, or similar environments where responsiveness and quality of relationships matter.
  • A native Uzbek speaker with a genuine understanding of the Central Asian market and the cultural nuances that shape business operations.
  • Fluent in English to a professional standard for written and verbal partner communications.
  • Russian language skills are a strong plus, given the breadth of the Central Asian region.
  • Some exposure to or knowledge of financial markets—forex, CFDs, or trading broadly—is preferred, although not a strict requirement for the right candidate.
  • Comfortable with quickly adapting to new systems; experience with a CRM tool is advantageous.
  • Proactive and coachable—able to ask the right questions, act on feedback, and motivated by the idea of progressing from portfolio support to owning your own market.
  • Genuinely curious about financial markets and eager to build expertise in a domain with significant growth potential.
