Partner Strategy signs the partners; Partner Development activates them; Partner Operations is the system beneath both — and the partner book roughly doubles every year to 2028.
Every partner has a tier, a contract, a programme and a take rate. Every deal is registered and paid on a milestone curve. Two committees meet fortnightly and each needs a pack, a decision log and a follow-up. You will own all of it: the single system of record for partners, contracts, deals and revenue share; the operations of the Partner Pipeline and Partner Activation Committees; the administration of the Partner Revenue Share with Finance; and the reporting the Partnerships group and the Management Committee run on.
You will keep the CRM and the partner tracker current and reconciled to Finance, turn committee decisions into actions and actions into follow-through, confirm milestones and reconcile invoices to contracts, and produce the pipeline, coverage and Partnership Health dashboards without being asked twice. The process is defined; how well it runs is yours.
We are hiring for trajectory, not for years. The person in this seat will decide how the company runs its partners operationally — the tools, the cadence, the standards — and will have the first claim on the senior operations seat as the book grows.
What You Will Own
- System of record — CRM and partner tracker holding every partner, tier, contract, programme term, deal, milestone and take rate, kept current and reconciled to Finance.
- Committee operations — Agendas, packs, minutes, decisions and actions for the Partner Pipeline Committee and the Partner Activation Committee, and the follow-through between meetings.
- Revenue-share administration — Deal registration, milestone confirmation against the 50 / 80 / 100 per cent curve, invoicing, collections and reconciliation of Partner Revenue Share by partner and by deal, with Finance.
- Partner onboarding logistics — Contract filing and NDAs with Legal, portal and tool access, enablement sessions, events and the practical side of a partner’s first ninety days.
- Reporting — The pipeline, coverage and Partnership Health dashboards, the quarterly partner review pack, and the inputs to the five-year model on partners signed and revenue booked.
Who We Are Looking For
You are happiest when the data is clean and the meeting starts on time with the right pack — and you want to know why the numbers are what they are, not only to report them.
- Curiosity — You read a partner agreement to understand it, not to file it. You can explain a take rate, a milestone and a revenue-share curve in plain language, and you want to know what the model does with them.
- Speed of learning — A new CRM, a new contract type, a new committee: you learn by doing, build the method as you go, then write it down so it survives you.
- Ownership — You chase senior people for the inputs a committee needs, and you do not let an action sit between two meetings.
- Rigour — Exact with numbers, deadlines and records. You build a tracker, keep it right, and turn it into a dashboard people trust.
- Where you are — Early in your career, with a first exposure to sales, partner or revenue operations, programme coordination or analysis — at a technology company, a consultancy or a start-up — and strong in spreadsheets. English required; Arabic an advantage.
