As a rapidly growing SaaS company, we are looking for a Partner Sales Manager DACH (German speaking) to act as the primary point of contact, increase partner knowledge, and proactively train partners about the company products, services, and resources.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid (3 days per week in the Dubai office), Full-time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Grow your partner account base through proactive recruitment in targeted channels.
  • Qualify opportunities gained through our partner network before transitioning to your regional sales team.
  • Generate a partner-driven pipeline via proactive prospecting with partners’ customer-facing representatives.
  • Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners to enhance working relationships, resulting in increased bookings, meetings, and territory goal achievement.
  • Lead partner marketing efforts for co-marketing opportunities (e.g., lunch-n-learns, seminars, webinars, campaigns, trade shows) with partners.
  • Provide clear and organized reporting on active and target partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partner sales, customer success, direct sales, or similar roles.
  • Fluent in German and professionally proficient in English.
  • Experience within the Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of building, enabling, and scaling partnerships with consultancies and digital agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partners.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach.
