About the Job:
The company Cloud Platform team assists customers in transforming and building innovative business solutions with cloud technology. As a Partner Solution Architect, you will act as the pre-sales solution design authority for priority Regional System Integrators and strategic partners across EMEA. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and supporting them with enterprise-grade solutions from the company Cloud.
In this role, you will work closely with Partner Development Managers to create and execute joint business plans effectively, focusing on high-impact engagements. You will be responsible for driving sales acceleration through bootcamps and hackathons and providing architectural support to partners. Additionally, you will author enterprise assets and lead technical sessions for the Partner Tech Community.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with public cloud architecture (compute, networking, identity, IAM, and microservices).
- Experience in pre-sales acceleration, technical proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and leading technical workshops.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep Domain Specialization (AI, Data, or Infrastructure) with expert-level understanding in at least one domain.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes.
- Skills in delivering results collaboratively with the company Cloud Platform Customer Engineers.
- Ability to influence Partner Tech audiences and ensure successful partner-led delivery.
Compensation:
- Spain: €88,000 - €90,500 + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits
- Netherlands: €114,000 - €117,000 + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits
