Position

The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft. Our mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with segment sellers and internal stakeholders on partner co-selling efforts with a portfolio of assigned partners to drive the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute co-sell strategies that drive Microsoft and partner sales targets and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Track cloud solution area co-sell pipeline performance, addressing low performance to enhance sales.
  • Manage your Solution Area Pipeline and sales planning with assigned partners, ensuring coverage to support targets.
  • Oversee top partner deals and revenue aligned to the solution area, collaborating closely with partner-facing resources.
  • Share best practices for co-selling through community forums and contribute insights for customer demand.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the information technology (IT) industry, partner channel sales, or professional coaching/mentoring, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workload Fundamental Certification.
  • 4+ years of complex consultative or solutions selling experience.
