In the Amazon Partner Organization (APO), we work backwards from our customers’ and partners’ most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. As part of APO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of GenAI Services, focusing initially on the GenAI Infrastructure Layer, including Amazon Sagemaker, AWS Neuron with Inferentia, and Trainium ML chips.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, build, and deploy targeted strategies to accelerate customer and partner adoption of our GenAI services and solutions across industry verticals.
- Engage with product owners to influence product direction and help customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services.
- Work directly with partners to develop joint GTM plans, customer engagements, and proof-of-concept applications using GenAI.
- Collaborate with various teams within AWS and externally with customers and 3rd party providers.
- Represent the voice of the customer and lead feedback curation for unique use cases.
- Provide advanced technical knowledge to align GTM teams and support customer engagements.
- Share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs and public speaking events.
About the Team
The APO EMEA team positions AWS as the best place to run industry-relevant workloads. Our team helps customers and partners migrate their workloads and data to the AWS cloud while providing a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- 5+ years of management of technical, customer-facing resources
- 3+ years of experience in GenAI and/or AI/ML technical fields
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies
- UAE National with a family book
