The Role:
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical capabilities of the company’s partner ecosystem. This position focuses on enabling partners to conduct technical pre-sales activities independently, such as discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. Your collaboration with partners will enhance their technical knowledge, align with Go-To-Market strategies, and support sales opportunities to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner Enablement And Training:

    • Coach partners to effectively convey the company’s technical value proposition.
    • Enable partners to conduct discovery calls, demonstrations, and POC engagements independently.
    • Provide onsite or virtual foundational technical training tailored to partner needs.
    • Oversee and maintain partner lab environments, ensuring they reflect the latest product versions and use cases.
  • Technical And Sales Support:

    • Support partners in customer-facing activities for deal registration opportunities, including discovery, demo, and POC stages.
    • Conduct technical assessments to ensure partner readiness.
  • Ecosystem Strategy Alignment:

    • Align with regional focus partners and VADs to support their growth with the company products.
    • Develop new technical relationships within the partner network to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
    • Support Not for Resale (NFR) requests and ensure partner readiness for the company solutions.
  • Industry Representation:

    • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase technical capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer and/or support engineer.
  • 5+ years of experience with a global software vendor.
  • Proven ability to differentiate the company solutions in the Privileged Access Management market.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience conducting POCs across Windows and Unix environments.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Windows environments, including Active Directory and DNS.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages can be an asset.

Nice To Have:

  • Hands-on experience with the company products (e.g., Privilege Management, Password Safe, Remote Support).
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, MCSE, etc.).
  • Experience in building and selling security solutions.
