Partner Solutions Engineer

The Regional Partner PTM is responsible for developing the technical capability of partners in their region, ensuring they can successfully position, sell, and deliver Splunk + the company solutions. The primary focus of the role is to develop partner solutions, capabilities, and practices aligned to Splunk + the company use cases, enabling partners to deliver differentiated, repeatable offerings into their customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Solution, Capability & Practice Development: Lead the development of partner-led solutions that address customer problems across security, observability, and platform domains. Analyze partner customer bases and market positions to identify high-value use cases.

• Technical Leadership & Enablement: Deliver technical enablement, coaching, and hands-on workshops across all Splunk domains while supporting partners in building scalable offerings.

• Build & Sustain a Regional Partner Technical Community: Create a strong community of partner technical practitioners and host regular knowledge-sharing events to foster growth for partner-led solutions.

• Opportunity Support & Acceleration: Support strategic opportunities through rigorous solution alignment, working closely with partners to improve qualification and accelerate time-to-value.

• Internal Alignment & Joint Planning: Own the creation and consistent update of the Partner Intelligence (Technical Scorecard and Plan), ensuring alignment with regional GTM strategies.
