Partner Support Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist to support our restaurant partners and help resolve their day-to-day operational issues. You will be a key point of contact for partner inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and following up to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to restaurant partners’ inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support partners with issues related to orders, the platform, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve issues and keep partners informed.
• Record and track partner issues, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate partner records and prepare tracking reports using Excel.
• Build positive relationships with restaurant partners through reliable and responsive support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or customer support.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complaints professionally and manage multiple requests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in food delivery, restaurant operations, or partner support is a plus.
