Position

We are looking for a strategic and technically minded Partner Technology Strategist to join our Partner Solution Consulting team in EMEA South. You will empower our managed partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and win with the company's AI platform, closing the AI value articulation gap and driving measurable business outcomes. Your mission is to make partners autonomous and successful: enabling them to articulate the company's business value, differentiate their offerings, and scale AI-powered solutions independently. Some partners operate globally and require coordinated support across multiple regions. For these, you will align with the Global Partner Technology Strategist to ensure consistent strategy and execution worldwide. For partners operating primarily within your region, you will own the full strategic relationship and drive their transformation journey autonomously.

What you'll do

  • Design AI transformation strategies and Go-To-Market Plans tailored to partner business models, industry landscape, and growth objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partner executives, building long-term strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation, business transformation, and competitive differentiation
  • Lead the company's reference architectures and solution patterns, enabling partners to position how the company meets Business needs for their end customers
  • Stay current on product developments/releases to Evangelize, Co-Innovate and provide guidance to Partners and grow their expertise
  • Enable partners to design and deliver their own demos and Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, coaching them on best practices for business outcomes and value realization
  • Help partners strategize monetization opportunities across all routes to market (Resell, Services, Managed Services, Store), challenging and encouraging them to grow revenue through innovative business models
  • Guide partners on translating their industry frameworks and operating models into the company's value propositions aligned to business outcomes
  • Coordinate sales enablement around created solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Contribute to best practices, white papers, workshops, and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partner Manager, Customer-facing Teams, Partner Excellence Group, Partner Design Studio) to ensure Partner success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience
  • Experience integrating AI into Business processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud computing, and architectural principles for SaaS/PaaS platforms
  • Experience across multiple technical domains: application, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, analytics
  • Strong business acumen, understanding how partners make money, Operating Models, and ability to translate industry frameworks into the company's value propositions
  • Understanding of routes to market dynamics and partner monetization strategies
  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence
  • Sharp business judgment with ability to see the "big picture" and prioritize
  • Talented at explaining complex topics clearly to diverse audiences (Enterprise Architects to CXOs)
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, AI Operations, DevOps, Security, HR, or Financial Management

Experience that will help you stand out

  • The company's product experience or current certification
  • The company's platform development experience
  • Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
  • Familiarity with industry operating models and process frameworks
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred for this role based in Dubai.

Work Conditions
This role requires approximately 25%-50% travel within the region.
