Responsibilities
- Account Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
- Lead Identification and Pitching: Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
- Commercial Negotiations and Project Management: Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end-to-end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
- Process Improvement: Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.
- Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.
- Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
- Work Ethics: Disciplined with a strong ability to work independently.
- Educational Background: Polytechnic or University Graduate; prior working experience part-time or full-time is compulsory.
- Knowledge on APIs: Having knowledge of APIs is highly preferable.
