About the Role
As part of a dynamic team in Riyadh, you will be responsible for expanding the company's network by partnering with agencies, freelancers, accountants, and consultants serving small businesses. Your role includes setting up these partners in the app and guiding them in how to utilize our systems for their clients. You will track partner performance and feedback, helping to enhance our product offering while also representing the company at various business events.

What You Will Do
- Find and sign new agencies, freelancers, accountants, and consultants who serve small businesses and can bring them to the company.
- Set up each new partner in the app and provide onboarding to help them initiate systems for their clients.
- Agree on partner terms in writing using the company's approved templates.
- Track partner-sourced customers and credit sales, and prepare weekly reports.
- Collect feedback from partners about the app and share it with the product team.
- Represent the company at business events in Riyadh.
What We Need
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
- At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Proficient in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable demonstrating software using a mobile phone and a laptop.
- A network among agencies or consultants serving small businesses is a plus.
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary of SAR 18,000–23,000 (including basic salary and allowances), commensurate with experience.
- Eligible for commission under a written commission plan provided with the job offer.
- Full-time position, working on-site at our Riyadh office, with working days, hours, and annual leave according to Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
Selection Process
- We aim to respond to every application within 7 days.
- A 30-minute initial video call, during which the company will be demonstrated.
- For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute role-play partner pitch using the company on our test account (no personal account required).
- A final interview in Riyadh, with results communicated to all interviewed candidates within 30 days.
