As a Partnership Specialist, you’ll manage and grow the company’s strategic partnerships, bringing a structured approach to running multiple partnership projects at once. You’ll be the main point of contact for our partners, coordinating internally across teams to deliver on commitments and identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships, acting as the main point of contact and driving partner engagement.
- Oversee multiple partnership initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders stay aligned.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and deepen collaboration.
- Represent the company professionally to partners and external stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
- Track partnership performance, maintain accurate records, and report on progress and outcomes.
- Bring structure and discipline to partnership management through clear processes, ownership, and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with a Saudi dialect and professional English.
- Strong sales, relationship-management, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of growing existing partnerships.
- Highly organized and disciplined, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines using CRM or project-tracking tools.
- Professional and confident, comfortable representing the brand to partners and external stakeholders.
