Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective support for complex incidents by coaching and training IT Technical Support Engineers.
- Conduct regular reviews of assigned infrastructure to guarantee installation and operational functionality.
- Proactively identify and address problems and incidents before they escalate.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues.
- Analyze and solve incidents to ensure comprehensive resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to third-party vendors when necessary.
- Provide ongoing feedback to clients and maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Strong communication skills to convey technical details to various audiences.

- Solid technical experience with various technologies, including Secure Print, MS Azure, Meeting Room Technologies, and Microsoft 365.
