Patriot DTE Technician

The Patriot Depot Test Equipment (DTE) Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and operating advanced test consoles necessary for the sustainment of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) systems. The technician will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as PAT244M, PAT244+, Cooler Liquid Electron Tube (CLET), and Transmitter Pumping Unit (TPU) test stations.
• Diagnosing malfunctions in radar cooling equipment and radar transmitter group electronic components.
• Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to enhance equipment functionality.
• Preparing and submitting maintenance reports and Systems Problem Reports (SPRs).
• Participating in On-the-Job Training (OJT) and supporting skill development within the team.

This position requires technical expertise and a commitment to supporting the defense infrastructure of the Kingdom.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in electronics or STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of prior relevant experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing Depot Test Equipment (DTE).
• Ability to read technical references and engineering documents.
• Full knowledge of measuring devices and methods for diagnosing faults.
