Patriot Electronics Systems Technician

The Patriot Electronics Systems Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) systems through expert diagnosis and troubleshooting of electronic faults. This position involves utilizing advanced Depot Test Equipment (DTE) for precise diagnostics and repairs, particularly focusing on analyzing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and power supplies to identify and rectify malfunctions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
• Using Depot Test Equipment (DTE)
• Enforcing safety regulations and procedures
• Providing technical assistance and support as needed
• Analyzing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and power supplies
• Reading engineering documents and electronic circuit diagrams
• Participating in On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiatives

The technician is responsible for maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations while performing all tasks to ensure both personal and team safety. This role requires a commitment to excellence in electronic systems maintenance and contributes to the sustainment and operational integrity of RSADF systems.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in Electronics, STEM, or equivalent experience
• Less than two (2) years of prior experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and final inspection of defense systems
• Preferred experience in soldering, splicing, and wiring
• Knowledge of reading and understanding engineering documents and electronic circuit diagrams
• General knowledge of maintenance workshop procedures
