Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily payment channel operations, ensuring high transaction success rates and system stability.
- Track deposit and withdrawal transactions, identify irregularities, and resolve transaction-related issues promptly.
- Handle user payment inquiries, address failed transactions, and manage exceptional orders to improve the overall payment experience.
- Assist in coordinating with and maintaining relationships with third-party payment service providers.
- Prepare regular operational reports, analyze transaction data, and support payment performance optimization.
- Ensure daily payment operations comply with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is mandatory.
- Open to candidates of all nationalities; Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in payment operations, financial services, fintech, or the internet industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential and the following qualities:
- Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent numerical sensitivity and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of financial systems, payment processes, and fund flows.
- Fast learning ability, strong initiative, and adaptability.
- Basic data processing and reporting skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Total Compensation: AED 7,500 – 9,800.
- Annual Performance Bonus: Awarded based on individual performance and annual evaluation.
- Work Location: Downtown Dubai.
