Responsibilities
- Be driven to understand the product in detail, including target customers, local contexts, business value, risks, opportunities, and technical challenges.
- Champion customer development and data analysis to discover new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with design and research teams to identify opportunities and unmet user needs.
- Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate on solutions, and build and roll out new products for customers.
- Lead the prioritization of opportunities and solutions based on company KPIs.
- Act as a problem-solver, taking initiative to unblock your team and deliver quality solutions quickly.
- Measure the success of launched products and commit to their continuous improvement through strong experimentation setup and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product efforts and align work with the end-to-end consumer experience.
- Own stakeholder communication and work collaboratively with teams across the globe.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including commercial and strategy teams, to design and launch go-to-market strategies.
- Drive the roadmap for payment processing and integrations with major networks, gateways, and alternative payment methods.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to optimize transaction authorization rates while maintaining robust fraud prevention and compliance controls.
- Design and optimize seamless and trustworthy checkout experiences while ensuring PCI-DSS compliance.
- Develop comprehensive collection strategies to support and integrate with all product lines.
