You will manage all PSP onboarding and offboarding activities, establishing robust processes to manage the PSP portfolio throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Understand the business and establish solutions to leverage the complete payment structure, including crypto, to enhance the client experience with payments.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to plan a roadmap of solutions needed across brands and markets.
- Lead and drive the company’s crypto payments strategy.
- Research, identify, outreach, perform due diligence, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment solutions in collaboration with the integrations team.
- Act as a liaison with partners until go-live, after which the integrations team will manage the ongoing relationship.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Coverage of solutions, success rates, settlements, and cost efficiency.
- Perform regular competition research and analysis to inform strategy.
- Ensure the team understands the organization strategy and its impact on the company’s success.
Requirements
- University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a payment provider, financial institution, or payment institution is essential.
- Understanding of how payment systems, acquiring, and settlements work.
- Experience within a brokerage environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with using cryptocurrencies as a payment method in both B2B and B2C settings.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to network effectively and manage multiple tasks.
